Hen Party Cakes in Bracknell
A hen party cake is usually a small cake with a strong idea rather than a big one. A 4" bento is £70 and feeds 4; the bento box with cupcakes is £100 and feeds 9; 12 cupcakes are £70, which is £5.83 a cake. A 6-inch from £100 cuts 8–12. Made to order in Bracknell and delivered across Berkshire.
The thing worth deciding first is not the design. It is where the cake has to be at four o’clock on the day, because a hen party is hardly ever at anybody’s house.

Tasteful or rude — which brief are you actually giving?
They are two different cakes and it is worth saying which one you want out loud. The tasteful brief is a small elegant cake in the hen party’s colours with a line of writing: it goes in the photographs, the bride keeps the picture, and it reads as a present. The joke brief is a cake whose whole job is the moment it is uncovered: it is funny once, it is funny loudly, and it tends not to appear online afterwards. Both are ordinary orders here. What goes wrong is ordering one and expecting the other.
How does a cake get to a party that is not at home?
By deciding early who takes delivery. Delivery from £30 by distance needs somebody at the address, which rules out an afternoon when everybody is at a spa; collection is free and puts the cake in a car, which is fine on a boot floor and poor on a lap. A cake is best within two days in a closed box in the fridge, so collecting the day before a Saturday party is normal — the question to ask the venue is whether they have fridge space, and to ask it before you order rather than on the day. The cake care page covers carrying it, and cake delivery covers how the distance is priced.
Should the hen party cake match the wedding cake?
No, and deliberately not. The wedding cake is the bride and groom’s choice for a room of a hundred people; the hen party cake belongs to the friends and is allowed to be a private joke, a favourite colour or the thing she loved when she was nine. Matching the two wastes the only cake at the wedding that nobody has to approve. If the hen party is the first time anyone has thought about cake at all, the wedding cakes page explains the tiered notice of 14–20 days, and engagement cakes covers the party before this one.
