How do I reach you?
Three ways, all of them to the same person, and all answered within 24 hours. WhatsApp is quickest and takes photographs; email suits a long list of questions; the phone is best when the date is inside the 7–10 days we normally want and you need to know whether it can be done at all.

When are you open?
6 days a week: friday, sunday, tuesday, saturday, thursday, wednesday. Messages sent outside those hours are read the next working day.

How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours, and usually sooner on WhatsApp. If you have sent an order enquiry rather than a message, the reply comes with a price for what you described.
Can I come and see you?
We bake from home in Bracknell, so there is no shop to walk into. Collection is arranged for a time that suits both of us when the cake is ready.
