Birthday Cupcakes in Bracknell
£6 each, cheaper by the box: 12 for £72, 24 for £138. One per person, no plates, no forks and nobody cutting a cake in a room full of children. Mixed flavours in multiples of 6.
A class of 30 needs 30 and comes to £174. If there have to be candles in something, add a 6-inch cake at £100 and keep the cupcakes for handing out.

7–10 days for a simple design, at least 14 for two tiers.
Sooner is sometimes possible: a rush adds 50% when the notice is under 7 days, if the diary is clear.
In a hurry? Bento cakes take 3–5 days.

Collection from Bracknell is free — see the areas we cover.
Paying
50% deposit to hold your date; orders under £50 are paid in full.
Balance 3 hours before collection, or cash on the day.
The deposit is non-refundable but transferable with 4 days' notice — full terms.
How many do you need, and what does that come to?
One each, rounded up to a multiple of 6 because each flavour is its own batch. The table below does the arithmetic with the boxes that are actually sold, so the totals are what you would pay rather than a per-cake figure multiplied out.
| Who | Eating | Cupcakes | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| A class of thirty | 30 | 30 | £174 |
| A party of twelve children | 12 | 12 | £72 |
| An office of twenty | 20 | 24 | £138 |
| A family tea of eight | 8 | 12 | £72 |
Adults take one; children take one and ask for another; teachers always count themselves out and then have one.
Cupcakes or a cake for a birthday?
Cupcakes win on logistics and lose on ceremony. Nothing is cut, nothing is plated and nobody waits, which at a children’s party is worth more than it sounds — the ten minutes of cutting a cake is the ten minutes a room of six-year-olds decides to do something else. What a box cannot do is be carried in with candles on it while everybody sings. For 12 children, 12 cupcakes are £72 against £100 for a 6-inch cake cutting 8–12 — so the common answer is a small cake for the song and cupcakes for the room.
Which to order
Children’s party or a classroom — cupcakes, every time.
A birthday tea at home — a cake, and it will be eaten over two days.
An office — cupcakes: no knife, no plates, no washing up.
A photograph with candles — a 6-inch at £100 alongside.
What should go on top?
Two colours and one idea, repeated. A box of 12 identical cupcakes in the right colours looks deliberate; a box of 12 different designs looks like a sample tray. The exceptions are worth knowing: a printed photograph on every one at £1 a cake, or a single cupcake made different from the rest for the birthday child to be given first. Modelled figures can go on cupcakes as easily as on a cake, and are quoted the same way — with the design rather than off a list.
Themes are set out on character cakes, and the ideas behind the colours on birthday cake ideas.
